For Helium Balloons Delivery

1. Dream Party aims to provide efficient delivery, please note that actual delivery time will vary from 30 MINUTES before or after your stated delivery time due to unforeseen weather condition and road traffic.

​

2. Kindly ensure there will be someone to receive the balloons/parcels at your stated delivery date/time as re-delivery is chargeable and subject to availability.

​

3. It’s advisable to schedule for delivery 1 to 2 hours prior your actual event to ensure balloons are in perfect condition. Please refer to the table below for floating time of different types of balloons:

​

• 11inch - 12inch Latex Helium Balloons can float in the air for approximately 6 to 8 hours*

• 18inch Latex Helium Balloons can float in the air for approximately 12 hours

• 30inch / 36inch Latex Helium Balloons can float in the air for approximately 16 hours*

• 18inch - 40inch Foil Helium Balloons can float in the air for approximately 24 hours or more*

• 24inch Crystal/Ultra Clear Bubble Balloons can float in the air for approximately 4 days*

• All Normal Air-Filled Balloons can stay inflated for a few days*

 *subject to weather condition/temperature and how the balloons are being handled and transported. The balloons will gradually become softer/smaller over time which are fairly common.

4. Last minute amendment (at least 2 days before delivery) of delivery date/time/location is subject to availability.

​

5. Strictly no refund/exchange once the parcels/balloons are handed over in good condition upon delivery.

 

For Self-Collection

​

1. Strictly no refund/exchange once the parcels/balloons are handed over in good condition upon Self-Collection.

2. Please quote your order number (e.g #1111) during Self-Collection.

​

3. It’s advisable to schedule for Self-Collection 1 to 2 hours prior your actual event to ensure balloons are in perfect condition. Please refer to the table below for floating time of different types of balloons:

Exchange/Refund Policy

All items are carefully inspected before mailing out. Dream Party only accept refund due to manufacturing defects on the date of delivery. Kindly mail the item back to us to proceed with refund. Please email info@dreamparty.com.hk to assist you.

Missing/Incorrect Item

We apologize for missing out your item; kindly contact and email info@dreamparty.com.hk to assist you. Kindly email us a picture of your parcels received.

Warning

​

Adult supervision is required as uninflated balloons can be a choking hazard. Keep uninflated balloons out of reach from children and discard broken balloons. Do not inhale helium gas at all time, it can be a health hazard.
